Here’s hoping you all had a very HAPPY EASTER this year!
We had a blast talking with our Littles about the meaning of Easter – the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ – and celebrating these awesome events with a joyful Easter service at church, a fun Wright family party, and 5 different Easter Egg hunts!
(The latter of which resulting in the kids scoring ridiculous amounts of sugary booty…booty that keeps mysteriously ending up in their parents’ bellies. I’m not sure how it happens, but I do know we’ll pay for it later.)
These photos are from our Easter Egg hunt at home. My Little Planners kicked things off by drawing maps for their hunt (giving time for a certain Tall Red Haired Easter Bunny to hide some eggs).
And then the hunt was on!!!
The Little Sir may not have gotten in on any of the candy action, but he still had fun.
And he was just as smooch-able as ever.
When it was all said and done (err…hunted and gathered?),
Mike and I attempted to wrangle the Littles for a heart-warming Easter photo…
With limited success…
Emphasis on the limited part…
Oh well. That’s us…messy hair, chocolate faces and all.
I love the Easter Egg Hunt. That is always so much fun. Glad you had a great Easter. Thank you so much for sharing your stories and photos with me.
Love you lots!
Yeahhhhhh so fun!!!!!! I LOVE EASTER…. Looks like you guys enjoyed it is well. Big Chocolate smiles back from Tatum and Quinn!!
