Pulling a 360

Time to break out the baby-proofing gear…Annabelle has gone mobile! Just this week she mastered rolling all the way around. Check it out!

She makes you wait a bit for the big finale. I’m convinced it’s because she wants to show off her cute little outfit. I mean really, what’s not to love about a bear on a baby’s tushie?

Several times now I’ve placed her on the blanket and stepped away to do something in the kitchen. And when I return, she’s all the way across the room! She’s not only mobile, she’s speedy!

And we’re rolling!

Our latest “milestone” is that Annabelle has learned to roll over (back to front)!  Her new ability has provided me with oodles of chances to try my hand at using the video function on the camera…I don’t want to admit publicly how many failed attempts I’ve made.  But it’s a lot. Like more-than-two-hands-worth-a-lot.  What can I say?  My business school professors never said anything about how to record videos!!!

As you’ll see from the video, though, she only makes it over when she hasn’t become completely distracted by other things going on around her (another change she’s made since turning 3 months old).  In this case, she was mesmerized by the fire in the fireplace.  Uh oh…looks like Daddy will be needing to buy a fireplace gate very soon…
